Scoring a GymTeamHub tryout — the skill evaluation grid, tryout reports, and converting accepted athletes onto the roster.

Evaluating
Pick a skill list and level, then score each skill — results save as you go and feed straight into the tryout report. The evaluation grid, status, and comments all live on the athlete's page.
The report
Generate Report builds a shareable summary of the evaluation — the professional artifact to hand the family, whichever way the decision goes.
The decision
Set the status as things progress and assign a level. Once you mark an athlete Accepted, a Convert to Roster button appears right there — it carries the athlete onto your roster without re-entering anything.
Tip
Score during the tryout, not after — the grid saves as you go, so three coaches with three phones can split the apparatus and the report assembles itself.
