Navigating Gym TeamHub — the My Hubs page, the sidebar tab drawer, unread badges, Help & Support, and the built-in page tours.

Two levels of navigation cover everything: the My Hubs page picks which program you're in, and the sidebar inside a hub takes you to every feature.

My Hubs

After logging in you land on My Hubs — every hub you belong to, with your role on each. Click a hub to enter it, pin your most-used one to the top, or join another with an invite code. Inside a hub, the Overview link at the top of the sidebar returns you here.

The sidebar

Every feature in a hub lives in the left sidebar — Dashboard, Roster, Calendar, Messages, and the rest. It's an icon rail that expands with labels when you hover. Unread badges appear on tabs with something waiting (new messages, notifications).

Your gym controls which tabs exist: hub owners can switch features on and off, so the sidebar shows what your program actually uses. If a tab mentioned in these docs is missing, your hub has it turned off.

Page tours

The first time you open each tab, Gym TeamHub offers a short guided tour of that page. Skip it or take it — and if you ever want a rerun, open Help & Support at the bottom of the sidebar and choose Take a tour of this page.

Help & Support

Help & Support sits at the bottom of the sidebar, below your profile, on every page inside a hub. It's the one place to find:

  • Help & Docs — these guides.
  • Email support — a message straight to us.
  • Message Gym TeamHub — write to us and read our reply in the app.
  • Your conversations — what you and Gym TeamHub Support have written to each other. It's there once you have a conversation.
  • Take a tour of this page — replays the current page's tour, whenever the page has one.
  • Report a bug or request a feature — a short form that goes to the team.

Our replies are under Support in the notification bell, beside Activity and Announcements. A bug report or feature request you send starts a conversation there too, so our answer comes back to the same place. In the app, Message Gym TeamHub is on the More tab.

Message Gym TeamHub and the Support tab are on parent and staff accounts. An account that holds an athlete role doesn't have them.

Tip

These docs and the in-app tours cover the same ground from different angles: tours point at the actual buttons, docs go deeper on how features work together. When you're stuck, try the page tour first.
