Routines overview
The Routines tab in Gym TeamHub — plan each gymnast's routine on every event, see an estimated start value, and turn the tab on for your gym.
The Routines tab is where a gymnast's routine gets planned: the skills in order, the value letter of each, and what the routine meets. The app adds it up into an estimated start value as you go, so "what will this routine start at?" has an answer before the first meet.
Routines is a Beta tab — released to try while it's still changing — so it carries a Beta tag beside its name.
The estimate, not the official number
The start value on every routine is estimated: the app works it out from the values someone typed in. Judges set the official start value. If a letter or a checkbox is wrong, the estimate is wrong with it — see What the numbers mean.
Turning Routines on
Routines starts off in every hub. The hub's owner or a director switches it on, on the web:
- Open Settings → Hub Settings.
- In Feature Tabs, choose Routines.
- Choose Save Tabs.
A new hub can have it from the start, too: the gym's owner picks Routines among the features when creating the hub.
It appears in the sidebar on the web and under More in the app. The app has no Feature Tabs switches of its own, so this step is always done on the web. Turn it off the same way — nothing is deleted, just hidden.
The Routines home
Coaches & staff
Staff see every active gymnast, grouped by level. Each gymnast has a chip per event — VT, UB, BB and FX for a women's-program gymnast; FX, PH, SR, VT, PB and HB for a men's-program one — showing the estimated start value of their competition routine on that event.
- Tap a chip to open that routine; tap the gymnast's name for all of their routines.
- A chip with + has no routine yet: tap it to start one there.
- A dash means the routine has no number yet.
Above the list sit New routine and Routine library for owners, directors and coaches, and Scoring templates for all staff.
Parents
Parents see their own gymnast's routines, with a switcher when more than one gymnast is linked to the account. See Routines for parents.

Whether parents see Routines at all is set in the Permissions table (Settings → Access & Roles): the Routines row for parents is View Own (the default) or No Access, which hides the tab from them. There's no setting that shows a parent other families' routines.
