Setting the window
Pick the range — this week, this month, or custom dates. Everything below recalculates for the window.
Reading the numbers
The overview ribbon shows gymnasts tracked, average attendance, and active warnings at a glance. Below it, each level expands into a full per-gymnast table: scheduled, present, late, absent, left early, and the attendance percentage.
Warnings
Gymnasts with several absences in a row surface in the warnings panel with their last absence date — the "is everything okay at home?" list. The warnings-only filter narrows the tables to just those athletes.
Note
Percentages divide by recorded days, not scheduled ones — a day nobody recorded doesn't count against anyone. See the fairness rule.
