Scoring templates
The rules Gym TeamHub adds a routine up with — the USAG Women's Level 6–10 templates kept up to date for you, your gym's own copies, and archiving.
A scoring template holds the rules a routine is added up with: the base value, the value letters, value-part minimums, special requirements, composition credit and bonus caps. Every routine picks one (or has none, and a typed start value). Open them from Scoring templates on the Routines home.
Gym TeamHub's templates
Every hub has Gym TeamHub's USAG Women's Level 6–10 templates, one per event — twenty in all, marked Gym TeamHub · kept up to date. They're read-only for everyone, and when Gym TeamHub corrects one, every routine on it is worked out again.
The list filters by program — All, USAG Women's, USAG Men's, Xcel and Custom. USAG Men's and Xcel say Coming soon: Gym TeamHub hasn't written templates for them yet. Until then, a men's-program or Xcel routine uses a custom template or no template.
Making your own
- Duplicate any template to change it. The copy is your gym's own, filed under Custom; nothing is saved until you choose Save template.
- Add template starts a blank one — a capped start value, an open-ended score, or a vault — for the discipline and event you pick.
A template's event and the way it scores are fixed once it exists, because the routines on it are built to match. For a different one, add another template.
Editing a custom template
The editor shows what the template scores, in cards: its name, start value, value letters and special requirements (a vault template has only its name and notes). Add to this template adds the optional parts — skill limits, value-part minimums, composition credit, bonus limits, an extra bonus — and each of those can be removed again.
Rules at a glance holds short notes in your own words — what the level allows, how its bonus works. They show beside every routine on the template and are never scored.
Note
Saving changes every routine on the template. The line above Save template says how many ("Used by 12 routines. Saving updates their estimated start values.") and lists each change you've made. Discard changes puts it back before you save — there's no undo after.
Archiving
Archive takes a template out of the choices for new routines. Routines already on it keep scoring from it, and Restore on the Archived list brings it back. Templates are never deleted. Archiving one of Gym TeamHub's is how to hide a level your gym doesn't coach.
Coaches & staff
Owners, directors and coaches add, duplicate, edit and archive templates. Admins can open the list and read each template, but not change them. Parents never see this page; they only pick a template when they build a routine.
