Sharing events between hubs

Mirror a GymTeamHub calendar event onto another hub you run — one event, both calendars.

For: Owners & directors

If you run more than one hub — a team hub and a rec-program hub, or two gym locations — some events belong on both calendars. Sharing mirrors an event across hubs so you enter it once.

How it works

  1. Create (or edit) the event as usual.
  2. Use Share with Other Hubs in the event form and pick the hub(s) to mirror to.
  3. The event appears on each selected hub's calendar for its members.

The option only appears if your account is an owner or director of more than one hub — single-hub programs never see it.

Note

Members of the other hub see the event like any other on their calendar — they don't need accounts in your first hub.
