Your appointment setup

My Setup is what families see when they tap your name. You opt in per type with "+ Add type", and each type gets its own card:

• Private lessons — pick the events you teach, build pricing packages (each one a duration plus a price; "30 min — $40" and "60 min — $70" is a complete setup), and switch bookings on or off.
• Choreography — set your floor and beam pricing and you appear for families to request. Sessions carry the routine details the family filled in, so you know what you're walking into.
• Meetings — just a short bio. Handy for a sit-down parents can request.

Set your availability once — weekly recurring windows or one-off slots — and it powers every type you offer.

Your bookings

Everything lands in My Bookings — filter by type or by Requests, Today, Upcoming, Past & Closed (finished bookings, and anything declined, cancelled or expired). Lessons arrive already booked; choreography and meeting requests wait in the Requests queue for you to approve or decline (declining asks for a note, so families aren't left guessing). You can also book directly on a family's behalf — for the arrangements made face-to-face at the gym.

Each booking also goes on the calendar: a lesson as soon as it's booked, a choreography session or meeting once you approve it. Your gym's staff see it there, and so does the family it's for. No other family sees it, and the rest of the gym is never notified.
