Music library
The Floor Music library in GymTeamHub — every gymnast's current routine music in one place, with a persistent player built for practice and meet days.
The Library is the default view of the Floor Music tab: every gymnast's current floor music, grouped by level and searchable by name. No more hunting through email attachments five minutes before a floor rotation.
Playing music
Tap a track and the now-playing view opens — drag the progress bar to rewind or jump anywhere in the song (choreographers, this one's for you), and skip to the next or previous gymnast in library order. Collapse it and the player docks to a mini-bar that keeps playing while you move around the app. Tracks never auto-advance: when a routine's music ends, the player waits for you. Staff can also download any track.
Coaches & staff
On mobile, tracks can be saved for offline — music plays at meets even with no signal, and the player tells you when it's streaming instead of playing a local copy. If playback is interrupted (a phone call, a system prompt), the mini-bar surfaces a one-tap resume.
Who sees what
Staff always see the whole library. What families see follows the hub's Floor Music permission (Settings → Permissions): own shows a family just their gymnasts' music, all opens the whole team's library, and none hides the Floor Music tab entirely.
Where music comes from
A gymnast's library entry is whatever's set as their current floor music on their profile — usually the winner promoted from the submission flow in the Submissions sub-tab.
Note
The Library moved here from the Roster tab, where it used to live behind a Floor Music button. Same music, better home.
