Cross-hub sharing

Linking Gym TeamHub marketplaces — owners with multiple hubs can join their marketplaces so listings reach both communities.

For: Owners & directors

A marketplace is only as good as its inventory. Owners who run more than one hub can link their marketplaces, so a listing in one hub reaches the families of both.

How linking works

  1. From Settings → Linked Marketplaces, an owner sends a link request from one of their hubs to another hub they own.
  2. The link is accepted on the other hub's side (same Settings card).
  3. Once linked, both marketplaces see each other's listings, and members get a hub filter to browse one community or all of them.

In-app messaging stays within each hub, so cross-hub buyers contact the seller by the phone number on the listing. Because of that, once your hub is linked, a phone number is required on every new or edited listing — without one, a buyer in the other hub has no way to reach you.

Note

Listings created before the link was made can still be missing a number. Their sellers see a prompt on the Marketplace page asking them to add one; until they do, those listings show in the linked hub without a contact button.

What it's for

Two locations of the same gym, or a team hub and a booster-club hub — anywhere the same owner runs multiple communities that would trade with each other anyway. More families seeing each listing means gear actually moves.

Note

Linking is marketplace-only: it shares listings, not rosters, messages, or any other hub data. Unlink any time from the same settings.
