Injury tracking

Logging injuries in GymTeamHub — report an injury on the gymnast's medical card and build an update history through recovery.

For: Parents Coaches & staff

When an athlete gets hurt, the details shouldn't live in one coach's memory. The injury log keeps the record on the gymnast's profile, where every coach — and the family — can see it.

Reporting an injury

On the gymnast's profile, the medical card has a Report Injury action: what happened, when, and the initial notes.

Updates build a history

As recovery progresses, add updates to the injury — cleared for bars, still no tumbling, released by the doctor. The updates stack into a timeline you can review any time, so "how long has her wrist been taped?" has an answer with dates on it.

Coaches & staff

The log is also your continuity tool: a substitute coach reading the profile before practice knows what this athlete shouldn't be doing today, without anyone having to remember to mention it.

Parents

You can see your gymnast's injury log on her profile, so what the gym knows and what you know stay in sync.
