Completing assignments
How athletes and parents see daily Gym TeamHub assignments — today's training, the progress ring, and checking work off.
Assignments are the training your gymnast's coaches have set — conditioning sets, drills, checklists — organized by day.
Finding today's work
Open the Assignments tab and today's training is laid out by training event. The date navigator steps to other days — yesterday's completed work or what's coming tomorrow.
Checking things off
Each assignment is a checklist. Tap an item to mark it done — the progress ring fills as today's training gets completed. Parents can check off items for their own linked gymnast, which is handy for at-home conditioning lists.
Note
Hubs can turn parent check-off ability off, and some hubs hide the progress rings and percentages entirely — in that case the checklists still work, there's just no score attached.
If a coach edits the exercises after you've started ticking, your check-offs follow the exercises they were for. Add a line at the top, reorder the list, fix a typo further down — the things already done stay done. Only an exercise that's deleted outright loses its tick, along with the exercise itself.
Days your gymnast missed
A day your gymnast was marked absent at practice shows "Excused — absent" instead of an unfinished checklist, and it's left out of their completion percentage altogether — it doesn't count as work they skipped. Being late or leaving early still counts as a day they were there.
Coaches & staff
Coaches usually do the checking-off at practice from Day View, or from the Gym Board on a wall screen — see Creating assignments. What families see here is the same data.
