The mobile app

The Gym TeamHub app for iOS and Android covers the day-to-day on the go — messages, schedules, scores, check-offs — with push notifications so nothing gets missed.

Getting it

Install from the App Store or Google Play, sign in with the same account, and your hubs are there. Everything syncs — a message answered on your phone is read on the web.

Keeping it updated

Turn on automatic updates for Gym TeamHub in the App Store or Google Play and you can skip the rest of this section.

If you don't, the app keeps working, but anything added since your version simply won't be there. A change to how the app fetches files is also coming shortly, and after it lands floor music and hub documents will stop loading on much older versions.

So if music won't play or a document won't open, check for an update before anything else. It's the fix far more often than not: open the App Store or Google Play, search for Gym TeamHub, and tap Update if it's offered.

Customize the bottom bar

The app's bottom tab bar is yours to arrange: Customize Bottom Bar (in the app's settings) lets you pick the three tabs you use most for the prime spots — everything else stays a tap away under More. A coach might pin Assignments, Attendance, and Messages; a parent might pin Calendar, Messages, and Scores.

Tours and tutorials

Each screen offers a guided tour on first visit, just like the web. Restart tutorials in the app's settings brings every tour back — on your next visit each screen offers its walkthrough again, on mobile and web.

What stays on the web

A few authoring-heavy workflows are web-first by design — building training programs, creating camps, and hub administration. The app is built for the 95% of days that happen at the gym, in the car, and in the stands.
