Templates and programs
Reusable training in GymTeamHub — assignment templates for single workouts and multi-day programs assigned to whole levels.
Two levels of reuse: templates for a single workout you run again and again, programs for multi-day plans.
Templates
The Templates sub-tab is your library of saved assignments — standard warm-ups, conditioning sets, routine work. Save one from any assignment card in Day View, then drop it onto any day. Edits to the day's copy don't touch the template.
Programs
Programs are reusable multi-day plans — a progression that spans days or weeks, built once on the Programs sub-tab and organized into collapsible folders.
Each program card carries its actions:
- Assign launches the assign wizard — it lays the whole plan onto real practice dates for the targets you pick.
- Instances shows live runs of the program; a green badge counts the active ones.
- Edit and delete round it out.
Assigning: one decision that matters
When you assign a program to a level, you choose the tracking mode:
- One shared checklist — coaches tick items off together at practice. Not tracked per gymnast, and invisible to families.
- An individual tracked copy per gymnast — each athlete gets their own checklist, visible to them and their parents. Starts with everyone in the level selected; uncheck to exclude.
Coaches & staff
Changing a gymnast's level from their profile also offers to resync level-assigned programs, so promotions carry the right training along automatically.
Note
Programs are built and assigned on the web app; the mobile app is for working through the resulting assignments day to day.
