Managing members

Adding people to a GymTeamHub hub — add members directly, role-specific invite codes, parent–gymnast linking, and importing from another hub.

For: Owners & directors Coaches & staff

Getting people into the hub — and connected to the right gymnast — is roster work. Two ways in, one crucial link.

Adding members

  • Add member on the Roster creates athletes, parents, or coaches directly — the front-desk path when you're setting up the roster yourself.
  • Invite codes let people create their own accounts: generate role-specific codes in hub Settings (one for parents, one for staff, and so on) and hand them out. Whoever signs up with a code lands in your hub with that role — see Creating your account.

Linking parents to gymnasts

The Linked column is the most important click on the roster: use the + to connect a parent's account to their gymnast — from the parent's row (pick the gymnast) or the gymnast's row (pick the parent). The link is what lets a parent see their child's skills, scores, assignments, and reports. An unlinked parent sees an empty app and usually emails you about it.

Levels

Manage Levels on the Roster defines your program's competition levels (Level 3, Level 7, Xcel Gold…) — the levels drive grouping everywhere: skills grids, assignments targeting, announcements, channels.

Owners & directors

Run more than one hub? Import brings athletes over from your other hub without re-entering anyone.
