What is GymTeamHub?
A quick tour of GymTeamHub — the all-in-one hub competitive gymnastics programs use for communication, skill tracking, scores, and scheduling.
GymTeamHub gives your gymnastics program one organized home. Instead of juggling a group chat here, a spreadsheet there, and a stack of paper skill sheets in the gym office, everything lives in your team's hub — and everyone sees exactly what their role allows.
One hub per program
A hub is your gym's private space. Coaches run practices, track skills, and post scores; parents follow their own gymnast's progress and stay on top of the schedule. You join a hub with an invite from the gym, so there's nothing to configure as a member — log in and your team is there.

Coaches & staff
Staff roles (owner, director, admin, coach) unlock the management side of every tab — creating events, tracking skills, publishing reports. Each section of the docs covers the staff workflows alongside the member view.
Web and mobile
Everything works in the browser at gymteamhub.com, and the GymTeamHub app for iOS and Android covers the day-to-day on the go — messages, schedules, scores, and push notifications so nothing gets missed.
