Receiving reports

What parents get in a GymTeamHub Progress Report — a data-driven snapshot of skills, attendance, assignments, and scores.

For: Parents

A few times a season, your gymnast's coaches publish a Progress Report — a data-driven snapshot of a chosen stretch of the season, built from the same records the staff work from every day.

Where reports arrive

You're notified when a report is published. Reports live on your gymnast's profile under the Progress Reports tab — the full history stays there, so you can compare this report to the last one.

What's inside

The coach picks a date range and which sections to include:

  • Skills — status changes over the range, with a legend explaining each status (Learning, Achieved, Mastered…) and any qualifiers like with a spot, in plain language.
  • Attendance — practice history and percentage for the range.
  • Assignments — how the training checklist work went.
  • Scores — meet results from the range.

Because it's built from live records rather than written from memory, the report shows what actually happened — the same skills grid you can check any day, framed over a season stretch.

Placement Reports

At season transitions you may also receive a Placement Report — where your gymnast is placed for next season and why. See Placement reports.

Note

Reports only exist once a coach publishes them — drafts are never visible to families.
