Anonymous reports
Submit a concern privately in GymTeamHub — anonymous reports go straight to the hub owner without revealing who sent them.
Sometimes something needs to be said without a name attached. Anonymous reports let parents and athletes raise a concern directly with the hub owner — the report arrives with no sender identity.
Submitting a report
- Open Messages and look for Anonymous Report in the left panel.
- Write your report and submit.
- It's delivered to the hub owner with your identity hidden.
If you don't see the option, your hub hasn't enabled anonymous reporting — it's a per-hub setting.
Parents
Because reports are anonymous, the owner can't reply to you directly. If you want a conversation, a direct message is the better tool — anonymous reports are for concerns you need to raise without attribution.
Owners & directors
Submitted reports are visible only to you, in the same spot in the Messages panel. Anonymous reporting can be turned on or off for your hub in the hub's privacy and messaging settings.
