Quiet hours for staff

Parents message when it's convenient for parents — 9:47pm included. Quiet hours let coaching staff go off the clock without leaving anyone on read: pushes pause, messages still land, and DMs can get a friendly automatic reply.

Setting your quiet hours

1. Inside your hub, open the Settings tab and find Quiet Hours.
2. Turn on Use Quiet Hours and add your available hours for each day — when you can be reached. You can add more than one range per day (morning and evening, with practice time off in between), and a day with no ranges is fully quiet.
3. Optionally write your own auto-reply message, or leave the default.

Times follow the gym's clock — quiet hours need the hub's timezone, which the hub owner sets in Settings.

Vacation mode

Flip on I'm on vacation to pause all push notifications around the clock until you switch it back off — your weekly hours don't apply while it's on.

What happens during quiet hours

• Push notifications pause. Your phone stays silent outside your available hours.
• Nothing is lost. Every message and notification still lands in the app — it's all waiting when your hours resume, badge counts intact.
• DM auto-reply. Someone who direct-messages you during quiet hours gets your auto-reply once for that stretch of messages — not once per message, so a multi-message thought doesn't trigger a robot chorus. If they message you again another day, the reply re-arms.
