Camps

The Camps sub-tab handles training camps — the clinics and regional camps families register for. A camp works like a meet minus the scoring: same roster, sessions, and documents, plus a description, cost, and payment-due details.

For families

Camps list by date, with past camps collapsed out of the way. Open a camp for the full picture — what it is, what it costs, and when payment is due.

When staff enable sign-ups, you can sign your own gymnast up right from the camp page until the deadline (deadlines run to the end of that day in the gym's local time). The staff reviews sign-ups and adds gymnasts to the camp roster.

For staff

• Create a camp with description, cost, and payment-due info (both free text — payments themselves are handled however your gym already handles them).
• Flip Let parents sign up and optionally set a deadline. Sign-ups land in first-come order with each gymnast's level; promote them onto the roster individually or in bulk.
• A camp director can be assigned — new sign-ups notify the director (or all staff if none is set).
• Sessions on a camp carry start and end times, so a multi-day camp's daily schedule is visible to families.
