Booking appointments

Appointments is one place to book time with your gym's staff — private lessons, choreography sessions, and parent–coach meetings — no text-message scheduling required.

Booking

1. Find & Book lists the staff taking appointments, with a badge for each type they offer. Filter with the chips — All, Lessons, Choreography, Meetings.
2. Tap a provider to see their calendar and open time slots, pick one, and select your gymnast.
3. What happens next depends on the type:
   • Private lessons book instantly — pick a package (a duration and price the coach set up) and the slot is yours.
   • Choreography sessions and meetings are requests — the provider approves or declines each one, and you'll get a notification either way. Untouched requests expire on their own after 48 hours.

Choreography requests also capture the routine details — beam or floor, pass count, and the skills to work in. Floor sessions may require your gymnast's floor music to be approved first (how that works).

Meetings are the simple case: no price, no apparatus — and you can book one without picking a gymnast ("General") when it's just a conversation with the coach.

Managing bookings

My Bookings keeps everything in one place with the same type filters — pending requests show their status, and anything upcoming can be cancelled from its details. Cancelling always asks for a reason, so the other side knows what happened; your gym may also set a cancellation window (for example, no cancellations inside 24 hours).
