Managing skills
Building GymTeamHub skill lists — editing skills, templates, events (WAG, MAG, or custom), and multiple lists per hub.
The Manage menu on the Skills tab is where the grid itself gets built. Together its tools define what the grid tracks.
Edit Skills
The skill list itself. Add skills, then rename, reorder, or delete them — the order here is the column order on the grid. Skills are managed per apparatus and per level, so Level 3 beam and Level 7 beam each get their own list.
Templates fill a list in one move: Apply replaces or appends a saved set, and Save as template captures the current list to reuse on another level. Build your Level 3 list once, save it, apply it next season.
Edit Events
The apparatus tabs on the grid. Start from the standard women's four (Vault, Bars, Beam, Floor) or the men's six, or define your own — the grid tracks whatever you coach.
Edit Skill Lists
Hubs can keep more than one skill list — for example one per season, or separate lists for team and pre-team. This is where lists are created, renamed, and removed; the switcher on the grid picks between them.
Edit Templates
Manage the saved templates themselves — the reusable skill sets that Apply draws from.
Clearing comments
With a level selected, the menu also offers clear-comments actions — one scoped to the current apparatus, one for all of that level's comments. Both bulk-delete coach notes for the selected level's gymnasts. Useful at a season boundary; careful the rest of the year.
Tip
The first time you open Edit Skills, a built-in walkthrough shows you around — and the whole Skills tab has a tour available from the app if you want the refresher.
