Adding staff

Growing the GymTeamHub coaching team — inviting staff, the four staff roles, and what each can do.

For: Owners & directors

New coaches join from the Staff tab's Individual view — invite them (inviting is owner-only), and they land in the directory with a profile to fill in.

The staff roles

Role Rough shape
Owner Everything — settings, billing, roles, the hub itself
Director Program management — nearly everything except hub ownership
Admin Operational support — manages the content they create
Coach The day-to-day coaching surface — skills, assignments, attendance, their own lessons

(The exact permissions per tab are configurable — see Roles and permissions.)

After the invite

The new coach's profile is ready for the rest of the record — schedule, responsibilities, certifications. A role filter on the Individual view keeps a big staff browsable.

Owners & directors

Staff see the directory and their own pages. Editing others' schedules and approving time off extend to directors; inviting new staff and each profile's private Notes tab are owner-only.
