Questionnaire announcements
Ask your whole gym a question — GymTeamHub questionnaires put multiple-choice and free-text questions inside an announcement.
A questionnaire is an announcement that asks questions — "Which banquet date works?", "How was your meet-weekend hotel?" — answered right in the announcement overlay, no external survey link needed.
Answering one
When a questionnaire targets you, it appears like any other announcement. Answer each question — multiple choice or free text — and submit. Your answers go to the hub staff along with your acknowledgement.
Creating one
Coaches & staff
In the announcement composer, switch the type to questionnaire and add your questions — as many as you need, mixing multiple choice and free text. Targeting, expiration, and require-acknowledgement work exactly like a standard announcement; requiring acknowledgement is what makes the questionnaire blocking, which is how you get response rates worth reading.
Owners & directors
Results — per-question aggregates, individual answers, response rates, and CSV export — live in Settings → Announcements. See Responses and analytics.
Tip
Multiple choice beats free text when you plan to act on the numbers — five options aggregate into a clean chart; fifty freeform paragraphs don't.
