Levels and seasons

The Program Settings tab of Settings defines the competitive skeleton everything else hangs on.

Levels

Define your program's competition levels — Level 3, Level 7, Xcel Gold, whatever your program runs. Levels drive grouping everywhere: the roster, skills grids, attendance, assignments, scores.

Importing your roster from iClassPro or Jackrabbit? Class names the hub hasn't seen before are added to this list automatically during the import.

Seasons

Seasons are named date ranges (say, "2025-2026") — one current season per hub. Scores and meets organize by season, so past years stay browsable instead of piling into one endless list.

Qualifying scores

Set the qualifying thresholds per level — the scores that earn State, Regional, and National badges in Scores. Set them at the start of each season — qualifying scores change from year to year — and the badges appear automatically as results come in.

The New Season Wizard

When a season ends, the New Season Wizard rolls the whole hub over in one guided flow — retiring roster members, level changes, group and skill resets, schedule swaps, and the season flip itself. It holds everything for review before anything is applied, so the rollover is a decision, not an accident. The one exception is Create group + chat on the Groups & Chats step: it creates the group now, not when you apply the rollover.
