Keeping your gymnast's info current
What parents maintain in GymTeamHub — apparel sizes, medical info, and emergency contacts on your gymnast's profile.
A few parts of your gymnast's record are yours to keep current — the gym reads them, you write them. All of it lives on your gymnast's profile (open it from the Roster or your dashboard card).
What you maintain
- Apparel sizes — leo, warm-up, and shoe sizes, so team orders fit the first time.
- Medical info — allergies, conditions, medications: what a coach needs to know at practice and at meets.
- Emergency contacts — who to call, in what order.
Each card on the profile has an edit pencil — update a card whenever something changes.
Note
This information is visible to your gym's staff — that's its job — but never to other families.
Tip
Size info goes stale fast with growing athletes — a quick check at the start of each season saves the "the leo doesn't fit" scramble in meet week.
