Managing mentorship
Running a Big/Little program in Gym TeamHub — creating pairings, random assignment, and mentorship events.
The staff side of Mentorship is one actions menu and an events list.
Creating pairings
Open the actions menu and choose Create Pairing to assign a Big to one or more Littles — the deliberate, coach-knows-best route.
Random Assign: pick which levels are Bigs and which are Littles, and it pairs them all in one move. Delete All clears every pairing — handy when a new season starts.
Mentorship events
Create mentorship events — team outings, bonding activities, and more — right from the tab. Mentorship-type calendar events also land here, and they pin to Save the Dates automatically.
Tip
Random Assign then hand-fix is faster than pairing a large team one by one — randomize, review the list, and re-pair the handful that need a better match.
