Meets for parents
Following competitions in GymTeamHub — your gymnast's meets, session check-in times, and the documents families need.
The Meets & Camps tab is the season's competition home base — every meet your gymnast is part of, with the details families actually need on meet day.
Finding a meet
The tab splits into Meets and Camps (camps have their own page). A season picker switches between past and upcoming seasons, and each meet lists its dates and location. Tap one to open it.
Inside a meet
- Roster — every gymnast entered, grouped by level, with the apparatus each is competing.
- Sessions — the meet split into competing groups, each with its own date, check-in time, and assigned coaches. This is where "what time do we need to be there?" lives.
- Documents — the meet schedule, venue maps, and any other files the staff shares for the meet.
Parents
When a meet has parent sign-ups enabled, you can request a spot for your own gymnast right from the meet — the staff promotes sign-ups onto the roster. And once results are in, they land in Scores.
Tip
Meets pin to the calendar's Save the Dates automatically, so the season's weekends are visible long before the details are.
