Meets for parents

The Meets & Camps tab is the season's home base for meets — every meet and camp your gym has on the books, not only the ones your gymnast is in, with the details families actually need on meet day.

Which ones is my gymnast in?

At the top of the tab, a short list shows the upcoming meets and camps your gymnast is on the roster for or signed up for, soonest first. The same status appears on each meet's card further down.

• ● On roster — a coach has put your gymnast on the official list.
• ○ Signed up — you signed them up, and the coach hasn't added them to the roster yet.

You get a notification when a coach adds your gymnast to a roster. If they come off one, a line in your notification list says so, with no push. The Meets & Camps switch in your notification settings covers the first; the second always shows.

If a meet or camp has sign-ups open with a deadline and your gymnast isn't in it yet, its card says Sign up by and the date.

A gymnast who is Paused is treated just like an active one here, so a break never hides a sign-up. Once a gymnast is Retired, this tab, the calendar and the dashboard's Next up stop showing their meets and camps; the Meets & Camps card on their profile still lists them.

Finding a meet

The tab splits into Meets and Camps (camps have their own page). A season picker switches between past and upcoming seasons, and each meet lists its dates and location. An upcoming meet or camp also shows its cost and when payment is due, if the gym has added them. Tap one to open it.

Inside a meet

• Roster — every gymnast on the roster, grouped by level, with the apparatus each is competing. Your own gymnast is marked Your gymnast.
• Sessions — the meet split into competing groups, each with its own date, check-in time, and assigned coaches. This is where "what time do we need to be there?" lives.
• Documents — the meet packet, schedule, venue maps, and any other files the staff shares for the meet.
