Routine rules
The Choreography Rules sub-tab in GymTeamHub — your gym's own beam routine, floor routine, and floor music requirements, in one reference.
The Rules sub-tab is a reference page in your gym's own words — the requirements everyone ends up asking about, written down once.
Three sections
- Beam routine — composition requirements for beam.
- Floor routine — the same for floor.
- Floor music — length limits, content expectations, format notes.
Everyone in the hub can read the rules; owners and directors write them (the edit pencil is theirs). Each section is free-form markdown, so the gym decides the level of detail — from "90 seconds max, instrumental only" to a full level-by-level requirements table.
Owners & directors
An hour spent writing these three sections saves the same conversation dozens of times a season — and gives families a link instead of a from-memory answer. They sit right next to the submission flow — and to session booking, which lives in Appointments — where the questions come up.
