Mentorship overview
GymTeamHub's Big/Little program — older athletes paired with younger ones, plus mentorship events for the whole team.
Mentorship pairs older athletes (Bigs) with younger ones (Littles) for support and guidance — the big-sister program, with a home in the app.
Pairings
The Mentorship tab shows the current pairings — each Big matched with one or more Littles. Families see their own gymnast's pairing, so "who's my kid's Big?" always has an answer.
Mentorship events
Alongside pairings, staff create mentorship events — team outings, bonding activities, the annual Big/Little reveal. They show on the Mentorship tab and the calendar, and pin to Save the Dates automatically.
Parents
Mentorship is view-only for families — the pairing and the events are set by the coaching staff. If your gymnast is a Big, the pairing shows her Littles; if a Little, her Big.
