Creating your account and joining a hub

Gym TeamHub is invite-based: your gym sends you an invite link or code, and that's what connects your new account to the right team. There's nothing to configure — join, and your team is there.

With an invite link

1. Open the invite link your gym sent you. You'll land on a sign-up page that already knows which hub you're joining.
2. Enter your first and last name, email, and a password.
3. That's it — your account is created and you're a member of the hub.

With an invite code

Already have an account, or received a code instead of a link?

1. Log in and go to your My Hubs page.
2. Choose Join Hub and enter the code.
3. The code determines your role in the hub (parent, coach, and so on) — your gym generates different codes for different roles.

One account, multiple hubs

If you're part of more than one program — say you coach at one gym and have a child at another — one account covers both. Every hub you join appears on your My Hubs page, and you can pin your most-used hub to the top.

Starting a hub for your gym

Setting up Gym TeamHub for your own program? Create an account, then choose Start your gym on the My Hubs page — that begins your 30-day free trial (you enter billing info but aren't charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel any time before then).
