Privacy and messaging

The remaining Settings cards are small switches with real consequences.

Preferences

• Anonymous Reports — lets members submit concerns to the hub owner without revealing their identity (how members use it). A real safeguard for the situations where a name attached means it never gets said.
• Show Birthdays — turns birthdays on for the calendar, hub-wide. It's a master switch, not a publish button: each person still chooses individually. Families decide about their gymnast in their privacy settings, and staff decide about their own birthday in Account Settings. Both are off by default, so turning this on shows only the birthdays people have opted to share. It governs the calendar only — the birthday chip on a mentorship card rides on the family's own switch whether this one is on or off.

Appointments policy

Set the cancellation policy for appointments — the window applies to every appointment type (private lessons, choreography sessions, and meetings) that families book.

Stat Controls

Whether the hub shows assignment completion stats, and starting those stats fresh for a new season, live here too — covered in Tracking progress.

The Danger Zone

Hub deletion lives at the bottom, clearly marked and irreversible. If the gym is consolidating hubs or starting over, this is the one switch to read twice before flipping.
