Track who acknowledged an announcement and see questionnaire results — live tracking, aggregates, per-person answers, and CSV export in GymTeamHub.
Every announcement keeps score: who it reached, who acknowledged, and — for questionnaires — what everyone answered.
While it's running
The Active Announcements card on the staff Dashboard tracks every announcement currently live: how many recipients have responded, who they are, and an Export CSV button to pull the responses into a spreadsheet. Any staff member can watch results roll in from there.
The full results view
Owners & directors
Hub Settings → Announcements lists every announcement you've sent. Select one to open its results:
- Completion — how many of the targeted recipients have acknowledged or responded, so you know when to nudge.
- Per-question aggregates — multiple-choice questions chart the distribution of answers at a glance.
- Per-person table — each recipient's individual answers and acknowledgement status.
The same list is where you end an announcement early — it stops displaying for members while keeping its results.
Note
Settings → Announcements isn't staff-only: every member has it, showing their own received announcement history. The sent-announcements management above is what's specific to owners and directors.
