Setting up
- Switch bookings on when you're taking lessons (and off when you're not — your profile just stops accepting bookings).
- Pick what you teach — the Events You Teach list covers the apparatus plus choreography and more.
- Build pricing packages — each package is a duration plus a price that families choose when they book. "30 min — $40" and "60 min — $70" is a complete setup.
- Set your availability so families only see times you actually offer.
Your bookings
Booked lessons land in My Bookings — filter by Today, Upcoming, or Past, and tap one for details or to cancel a future lesson.
Owners & directors
Owners and directors also get an all-bookings view — every coach's private lessons across the program, for the "who's using the gym Saturday morning?" question.
Note
Packages are whatever duration-and-price combinations you define — the app doesn't rank coaches or take a cut; it's scheduling convenience for arrangements your gym already makes.
