Session booking

The Sessions sub-tab runs the whole choreography booking loop: choreographers publish timeslots, families request them, and each request is approved or denied.

For families

Browse the hub's choreographers, pick a published timeslot, and request it for your gymnast. The choreographer approves or denies each request — and either side can cancel a pending or upcoming session from its card.

For choreographers

Any staff member can opt in with Become a choreographer — set up your profile and you appear in the list for families to browse. Once you're in, My timeslots is the control panel:

• Add a slot publishes bookable times.
• Book a session books on a family's behalf — for the arrangements made face-to-face at the gym.
• The trash on a slot unpublishes it.

Family requests land in a pending queue — approve or deny each one. You can opt out of being a choreographer any time.
